Tiffy and Leon have never met...
Tiffy Moore needs a cheap flat, and fast. Leon Twomey works nights and needs cash. Their friends think they're crazy, but it's the perfect solution: Leon occupies the one-bed flat while Tiffy's at work in the day, and she has the run of the place the rest of the time.
But with obsessive ex-boyfriends, demanding clients at work, wrongly imprisoned brothers and, of course, the fact that they still haven't met yet, they're about to discover that if you want the perfect home you need to throw the rulebook out the window...
Review:
This book tells the story of Tiffy, an editor at a small publishers, and Leon, who works nights as a nurse. When Tiffy breaks up with her boyfriend and needs a place to live she answers an advert put up by Leon who is looking for someone to share his one bedroom flat. Since Tiffy works while Leon sleeps and vice versa it seems like the perfect solution. Throw in some crazy drama and exciting twists and you have The Flateshare.

Tiffy was actually really adorable, she's eccentric and caring and a little naive. Leon was an all around nice guy who worried about his family and his patients.Seeing their relationship develop throughout the story was really nice and I loved the notes they left each other. That added something rather unique to the story I felt. The different perspectives were a little jarring to begin with due to the way Leon's was written but by a quarter into the book I had gotten used to it as his 'voice'. The supporting characters were also great and I really want a book focusing on Richie and Rachel. I have decided that Rachel was most definitely my spirit animal. I loved the little twists and turns and I especially loved how cliche things I expected to happen were taken in a different direction and surprised me.

Overall I enjoyed this book a lot, surprising even myself as I rarely read and enjoy contemporary books. I highly recommend it.

I gave this book 4.5 out of 5 stars.
