Review:
This is shaping up to be one of the best children's series I've read in a long time. I love Morrigan and the whole cast of interesting characters. This second book follows Morrigan as she joins the Wundrous Society. One thing I really like about Morrigan is that she never gives up, even when everybody is telling her she's a monster and when she doubts herself she still doesn't give up. Her relationship with Jupiter is really nice even if Jupiter himself is frustrating at times. I also really like Hawthorne and Cadence and am looking forward to getting to know more about the others in Morrigan's class in the next book.
