January Wrap Up

In January 2020 I managed to read a total of 16 books.

I managed to complete all of my TBR jar prompts for January and am fairly pleased with my reading overall.

#Februwitchy TBR

For the whole of February (1st to 29th) I am going to be taking part in Februwitchy hosted by the lovely Asha over on Twitter.

I will leave a link to Asha's twitter post explaining it all here which is also where you can sign up.

Basically any book counts if it has witch in the title or the main character is a witch (not just magical but specifically called a witch)

Without further ado onto my TBR...

* Sanctary by VV James

* The Witch Boy by Molly Ostertag

* Through the White Wood by Jessica Leake

* Serpent and Dove by Selby Mahurin

* Gideon the Ninth by Tamsyn Muir

* The Near Witch by VE Schwab

* Windwitch by Susan Dennard

The ABC book challenge - 'A'

I saw this on The Book Raven's blog and wanted to give it a go.

So the basic idea is each week will be a new letter and I have to chose my favourite books and books on my TBR which start with that letter.

So without further ado the first letter is 'A'.

Review: Come Tumbling Down by Seanan McGuire

But death in their adopted world isn't always as permanent as it is here, and when Jack is herself carried back into the school, it becomes clear that something has happened to her. Something terrible. Something of which only the maddest of scientists could conceive. Something only her friends are equipped to help her overcome.

Eleanor West's "No Quests" rule is about to be broken.

Again.

January TBR

So for 2020 I decided to try something new. I have put together a TBR jar but instead of book titles I have put prompts in there to help me get through my backlist of books while not restricting me too much.

Below is a picture of the prompts I picked this month and under the cut I will show you the books I have chosen to go with them.
