Review:
I read Strange the Dreamer last year and adored it, in fact it broke my heart. Laini Taylor's writing is beautiful and lyrical, and this sequel was beyond what I could ever have hoped for. Lazlo and Sarai's story develops even more and we learn a lot of backstory but in such a way that it was integrated into the story as a whole. I also liked the little developments we saw of the secondary characters too. I really wish we had seen more of them.

I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars and I am so sad there is no more to come.
