1. Helen Blackthorn and Aline Penhallow from Shadowhunter Chronicles by Cassandra Clare
While they aren't major players in the Shadowhunter series the evolution of Aline and Helen's relationship is seen throughout the books and is such a sweet one. I'm looking forward to seeing more of these women.
I only read this recently but I really enjoyed the slow burn romance between Denna and Mare. The story was an interesting one too and these characters held me interested all the time. I love how different they were yet they found common ground and began falling in love.
I read this series years ago and while everybody fell in love with Sakura and Syaoran I totally adored Touya and Yukito and their friendship turned something more. I love the sweet understated nature of it and some of the artwork produced by CLAMP for them is the most beautiful I have ever seen.
4. Mia and Ash from Godsgrave by Jay Kristoff
I didn't actually see this coming like I maybe should have but I found it really did work. It isn't forced and actually flows really well. I am very much looking forward to seeing what happens in the third book.
5. Ash and Red from Mirror Mirror by Cara Delevigne
I enjoyed this book much more than I thought I was going to when I first went into it and I really liked the slow burn romance and sexuality realisation that occured. Ash is an awesome character and I would have loved more of her in the book.
So those are my top 5 f/f relationships, I definitely struggled more with this topic than last weeks. So if you have any recommendations of books I may have missed please let me know in the comments below :)
