So today I am going to be unboxing the June 2017 GeekyClean crate. (What follows will contain spoilers so please do not read if you don't want to know what is in the box)
Geeky Clean crate is a monthly box containing 5 products pertaining to a theme. The crate will always contain 1 x soap, 1 x bath product, 1 x candle and 2 x mystery items which could be bath or body products or related fandom items.
The theme this month was Game of Foams (Game of Thrones). (Spoiler filled post under the cut)
The first thing I saw upon opening the box was an advert for the crate's theme, the contents of the box were printed on the inside of the box just like last time. I do love this idea.
The first item I found in the box was a soy wax candle called Wild Fire and had a scent of smoke, wood and mist. I loved this candle, it had a really pleasant scent and I look forward to using it.
Next there were two soaps, a dracarys dragon soap which had a scent of cedar, patchouli, vetiver and pine. It had quite a masculine smell which reminded me of Lynx. Then the smaller soap was shaped like a stallion heart and was scented with lily, herbs and greenery. This was definitely more feminine but still very nice.
After that the next item was bath sherbet called Great Grass Sea smelling of Herbs, patchouli and sea breeze. This was lovely and while I don't have a bath I did use this to soak my feet and it smells amazing and leaves skin really soft.
The last item in the crate was a Mother of Dragons body lotion and I loved the smell of this. It was scented with dragonsblood and I can definitely see me using it regularly.
Overall I loved this box and the mixture of things included. I appreciated the smaller soap as it's easier to use than the larger bars and I definitely love the candle and body lotion too.
The next crate is going to be superhero themed with a mix of Marvel and DC. I am unsure about whether or not I am getting this box but I will decide over the next few days.
