I really really loved this story. I listened to this on audiobook and it took me a couple of chapters to get used to the narrator but once I did the story was truly captivating. There was action, mystery, suspense and magic. Nothing was quite what it seemed and there were some really frustrating moments followed by some really moving moments. It is a rich story full of some fascinating characters in beautiful settings. Vasya, our main character, grows as the story develops and has become one of my favourite book characters.
