So this post is the unboxing of the November 2017 Illumicrate box (What follows will contain spoilers so please do not read if you don't want to know what is in the box)
Illumicrate is a quarterly subscription box. Within each box you receive a newly released book along with various bookish items. (Spoiler filled post under the cut)
The first item was a tea towel with different things printed on it including books, tea cups, glasses and pens.
Next up was a diary for 2018 which was really nice, and had dates by month, weeks and a notes area. There was also a shiny print with a quote by JK Rowling on it.
Then the last main items inside the box was a candle which had a rich choclatey smell and a moon and stars necklace which came in a lovely star bag.
There was also an ARC included in this box which was City of Brass, this was a special Illuimicrate edition with a blue cover along with samplers for This Mortal Coil and Iron Gold.

The book for this month was Artemis by Andy Weird. This is a very anticipated release and this version came with black sprayed edges along with a travel brochure leaflet and bookmark.
Overall I really liked this box. The candle is lovely, the diary and tea towel are useful and the books look really great.
