Review:
This was the second time I have read Alanna and I did enjoy it this time as much as the first. Alanna as a character is a strong young woman and I love her interactions with both friends and enemies. The last third of the book got very intense and was perhaps resolved a little quickly but did set up the following books well and I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars.
