Review:

I decided to take part in the Harry Potter Readathon 2017 which is basically a re-read of the Harry Potter series along with a set of challenges on twitter and instagram. I realised I hadn't read the series since Deathly Hallows in 2007. And since it's the 20th Anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone this year I figured it was good timing.

It was interesting reading this and reminding myself of things I had forgotten from the first time round, like Hagrid buying Hedwig for Harry's birthday. And the little things which take on more meaning now that I have read the completed series. It was nice going back and almost reliving my youth through the books.

Upon re-reading this I gave it 5 stars, it really is a magical start to a magical series.
