Review:

Wow. This book was intense. I have to admit it took me a while to get into it, it's been a few months since I read Red Rising and I forgot how adult sci-fi it was but once I got back into the swing of it then it was all good. There is a lot of action in this book but also a lot of political maneuvering and intrigue. The ending was a total 'OMG' moment and I am still processing it now. I am planning on reading the final book (Morning Star) before the release of the new one (Iron Gold) in mid-January.

I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars.
