So this post is the unboxing of the August 2017 Illumicrate box (What follows will contain spoilers so please do not read if you don't want to know what is in the box)
Illumicrate is a quarterly subscription box. Within each box you receive a newly released book along with various bookish items. (Spoiler filled post under the cut)
The first item was a lovely large zip bag with a Shakespeare quote on it which was designed by Miss Phi.
Next up was a set of sticky notes by Blossom Books and a dot grid notebook with a Percy Jackson quote on it by Hey Atlas Creative.
Then the last main items inside the box were a coaster with an Alethiometer design on it from His Dark Materials by Phillip Pullman which was created by Hannah Hitchman Art, Tea from T-ology and a Book Money jar also by Blossom Books.
There was also an ARC included in this box whch was Nyxia and looks like a really fun and interesting sci-fi novel as well as a few publishers items.

The book for this month was Wonder Woman: Warbringer by Leigh Bardugo. This is a highly anticipated release and I was super excited to get this limited edition with red sprayed edges and a pin badge.
Overall I really liked this box, the items were unique and useful and I felt this box was definitely the best of the ones I have received so far from Illumicrate.
